Verizon Holiday Campaign 2022

Managed Verizon’s robust, complex, and ever-evolving Holiday campaign across ATL and BTL through strategic planning and creative execution.

Campaign consisted of multiple versions to accommodate a range of promotions, messages, and peak holiday moments. The campaign delivered positive business results to end the year strong, outperforming competitors and reaching high scores in holistic ad tracking.

  • Managed creative development and continuous optimizations for TV, radio, and paid digital. Ensured creative was compelling, clear, and effective to drive consideration for a complicated device promotion

  • Led a multitude of evolutions in order to maintain market leadership throughout the two-month period. Drove optimizations to address the time period, business priorities, and react to creative learnings and business results. This included deploying: 12x versions of TV/OLV, 6x versions of paid digital, and an evergreen social approach

  • Helped craft strategic architecture and determine the right messaging per channel based on business priorities, audience, and moment in time

  • Spearheaded scrappy, always-on social activation with the in-house creative team in effort to be most cost efficient, while outputting maximum content

  • Led internal taskforce calls multiple times a week across the business (media, creative, strategy, device and BU partners). Provided campaign updates across channels, navigated internal and external stakeholder approvals, and helped sell in the work cross-functionally
